主案设计师
Lead Case Designer

1、热爱设计‘思维活跃’艺术相关专业毕业、熟练设计相关软件，能独立完成1000平方以上的商业项目、擅于文化提炼、提案、敏锐的洞察力，具有自我时间管控能力，独立的创新思维
2、与团队头脑风暴，独立完成文化提炼，概念方案、设计方案、从设计效果到落地把控，独立完成落地项目案例不低于5个
3、编职岗位晋升流程：助理设计师-设计师-主案设计师-首席设计师-设计总监（管理）-合伙人
4、报酬按项目结算、时间自由

1. Graduated from an art related major with a passion for design and active thinking. Proficient in designing related software, able to independently complete commercial projects with an area of over 1000 square meters. Proficient in cultural refinement, proposal making, and keen insight. Possess self time management skills and independent innovative thinking.
2. Brainstorming with the team, independently completing cultural refinement, conceptual and design solutions, from design effectiveness to implementation control, and independently completing no less than 5 implementation project cases.
3. Promotion process for editorial positions: Assistant Designer Designer Lead Designer Chief Designer Design Director (Management) Partner.
4. The remuneration is settled according to the project and the time is free.
5. Our company's main projects include cultural and tourism commercial spaces, cultural and tourism hotels, cultural and tourism homestays, leisure and entertainment spaces, ktv/dining bars and other commercial spaces, involving micro architecture, courtyard landscapes, and indoor spaces.

3.根据主案设计师的思路完成空间效果图、动画漫游、360度表现、呈现效果优

5、晋升流程：助理设计师-设计师-主案设计师-首席设计师-设计总监（管理）-合伙人
6、无责底薪+提成+奖金+五险

新媒体运营
New Media Operations

1、建立健全社群媒体矩阵(公司网站、微信公众号、微博、知乎，小红书，豆瓣，头条，抖音，百度优化，相关设计网站等)及运营体系;
2、重点全网矩阵、百度su优化、强化个人IP视频号内容输出、对小红书引流深度研究。
3、构建私域流量运营方案，针对粉丝需求优质的内容输出、强化转化力。
4、挖掘和分析网友使用习惯、情感及体验感受，及时掌握新闻热点；
5、深度挖掘品牌内核，逐步铺垫品牌IP化;
6、密切关注文旅酒店民宿行业热度及以设计公司视角为用户提供实时市场信息及策略;

任职资格

1、5年以上新媒体运营管理经验，文字功底深厚，能写敢想会执行;
2、具有全网营销技术、百度优化、有本行业成功案例优先；
3、有拍摄、剪辑、文案编辑工作经验者优先;
4、有一定媒体KOL资源，深谙内容营销;
5、 在艺术、设计相关毕业或从事设计行业、个人审美高的优先；
6、具体负责公司个人ip账号运营，百度优化，私域流量维护，视频号同步更新；
7、能接受偶尔出差

1. Establish and improve the community media matrix (company website, WeChat official account, microblog, Zhihu, Xiaohongshu, Douban, Toutiao, Tiktok, Baidu optimization, relevant design websites, etc.) and operation system;
2. Focus on the entire network matrix, optimize Baidu Su, enhance the content output of personal IP video accounts, and conduct in-depth research on the flow of Xiaohongshu.
3. Build a private domain traffic operation plan to provide high-quality content output and enhance conversion capabilities tailored to the needs of fans.
4. Explore and analyze netizens' usage habits, emotions, and experiential feelings, and timely grasp news hotspots;
5. Deeply explore the brand core and gradually pave the way for brand IPization;
6. Pay close attention to the popularity of the cultural tourism hotel and homestay industry and provide users with real-time market information and strategies from the perspective of design companies;

Qualifications

1. More than 5 years of experience in new media operation and management, with strong written skills and the ability to write, think, and execute;
2. Having full network marketing technology, Baidu optimization, and successful cases in the industry are preferred
3. Experience in shooting, editing, and copywriting editing is preferred;
4. Having certain media KOL resources and a deep understanding of content marketing;
5. Graduates in art or design related fields or working in the design industry with high personal aesthetics are preferred;
6. Specifically responsible for the operation of the company's personal IP account, Baidu optimization, maintenance of private domain traffic, and synchronous updates of video accounts;
7. Able to accept occasional business trips
